Jerry Grove, President & CEO

Over more than 20 years in the technology industry, Jerry has directed several companies from startup through growth modes. Recognized for his progressive and visionary leadership, Jerry founded the Telecom division of ESCO Communications, the precursor to ESCO Technologies in 1997.

Before that, he spent several years as chief executive officer of an international marketing and manufacturing company, and a telecommunications consulting company. His understanding of IP networking, telephony and advanced telecommunications has solidified Jerry as an expert in the telecommunications field. A Cincinnati native, Jerry is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of Thomas More College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Larry Hymer, Vice President of Engineering & Operations

Larry has more than 25 years of experience in software development, product development and global telecommunications engineering. He is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and operational performance across the company. Under his leadership, the Network Operations Center, Customer Implementation and Network Engineering teams provide “triple-play” telecommunications services to CareConnect customers.

Larry has years of experience with continuous innovation, best practices and change management for a wide range of companies including; OARnet, American Electric Power and Qwest Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Ohio State University.

 

Lou Lindsey, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Lou has over 20 years’ experience in sales and leadership in telecommunications and cloud-based managed services. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and sales training.

Lou began his career at MCI and moved on to help orchestrate the evolution of several entrepreneurial telecom companies into successful data and VoIP businesses. As a certified sales trainer, he has coached sales teams for several national telecom companies and built successful channel sales organizations from scratch. Lou is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.

 

Jennifer Maines, VP Customer Services & Administration

Jennifer manages the accounting, billing & customer service functions for ESCO Technologies, supporting CareConnect’s superior track record for communication, direction and implementation.

With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Jennifer has over 30 years of management experience, including over 25 years in accounting positions. She has worked in the trucking and construction industries as well as telecommunications, and attended Miami University.

 

 

Jeff Orth, Director of Installation and Field Services

Jeff is responsible for managing all telephone, internet and television installations and field service for customers nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in electrical maintenance and project management, he has worked with companies such as Honda, GE Fanuc, Castellini and others, designing and implementing solutions in radio controls, communications, networking and robotics.

Jeff is retired from the Ohio Army National Guard and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering.

 

 

Drew Allgeier, Director of Sales, Field Services

Drew is responsible for the executing the strategy of ESCO’s Field Service Practice, with accountability for business development and related client support processes.

After five years active duty in the United States Marine Corps, he managed logistics and domestic operations for an International risk management firm in McLean, VA. Since 1998, his telecommunications background includes senior management rolls in both Sales and Operations, spanning three highly successful fast-growth companies in the CLEC, Managed IP and IT Infrastructure industry.

 

Bob Forschner, Technology Concierge Director

Bob has over 25 years’ experience in creating high level customer focused incentive and service programs to elevate employee performance. He is responsible for building our Community Service Team and continues to build our Industry Leading Technology Concierge program.

Bob is a business coach and uses this experience in helping our clients identify and clarify their strategic community goals. Bob is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelors of Communication.
