Technology Concierge

The Technology Concierge is the onsite CareConnect representative. Specially selected and trained to work with seniors, your Technology Concierge handles all day-to-day issues involving any CareConnect system, from telephones to televisions to nurse call systems. He or she will make sure new residents are fully connected from the day they move in. That means you and your staff can take care of all the other tasks involved with creating a rewarding community.

/Network Operation Center (NOC)

The NOC supports over 600,000 pieces of equipment in our communities nationwide. Most trouble issues can be handled remotely, typically within two business days. Issues requiring an onsite visit are handled in three to five days.

Our online customer portal makes it easy for CareConnect communities to request service, check the status of all service orders and receive detailed reporting.

Customer Service Team

Residents can contact our customer service team simply by dialing *123 from any CareConnect phone. They will speak to a live representative, who is trained in working with seniors (see below).

Senior Training

Twice a year, every CareConnect employee who interacts with community staff or residents receives training on the unique needs and perspectives of seniors
